File a Statutory First Appeal
Appellate review under the Citizen's Charter against partial or incomplete resolution.
Under the Citizen's Charter, citizens have the statutory right to file a First Appeal if the department response is incomplete, misleading, or when the Charter SLA has been breached without relief.
“I am a retired government employee (PPO No: 2018/PPO/99824). My monthly pension has not been credited to my SBI account for the last three months (May, June, July). The branch says funds were withheld at the treasury level.”
“Your pension request has been forwarded to the concerned accounts branch for verification and subsequent processing in the current treasury cycle.”
The department verified the PPO file but failed to provide an actual credit date or UTR transaction reference for the ₹36,000 arrears.
